When true Law stares the court in the face, they never vacillate; they
recognize it as true Law. In short, if we are who we say we are, and not what
they say we are, what are we doing in thier fictitious courts that have no
jurisdiction over Good and Lawfull Christian Men we say we are???
Imperial Courts will make certain that we strictly adhere to one law or
the other. One must, therefore, either live according to God's Law, the law
of substance, liberty, and self-government, or, one will live by the law of
fictitious persona, without substance or liberty, and they will govern
every move and punish all deviation from an arbitrary and capricious system
and seize one's property (interest) and persona at will.
Some believe the imperial syste can be done away with, and replaced by
another system without the taint of religion (Christianity). But, the history
of the world shouts with one voice, that such is folly. Men will either be
ruled by God or Imperial Tyrants.
Thus, is one claims to be at common law, in a Christian venue, yet lives
under the arbitrary Non-Christian system, and daily engages in commerce
forbidden by Scripture, one is punished for his lies, contradictions, fraud,
and deceit,which are unlawful in God's court.
If one claims the benefits of God's Law and His Providence and still wants
benefits from Rome and the god Mercury (in commerce), one deserves what one
gets. Defendants who sit on a fence deserve to be split asunder. Remember,
God is long-suffering and may take His own time to punish evil, but man wants
punishment now and he has created the courts to fulfill that demand.
The Roman gods must be satisfied whenever, and in the form, they demand
satisfaction.
But, "He that is surety for a stranger shall smart for it: and he that
hateth suretyship is sure." {22}
After all is said and done, everyone seems to want to know how it's all
going to turn out. But, God has said: "Therefore take no thought for the
morrow, for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient
unto the day is the evil thereof." {23}
We know that victory is assured to God's People, and based on the analogy
of Scripture, we know that when Israel was returned to the land of Babylon,
that Ezra re-discovered the Law and his first task was to re-form the lawfull
civil power and since the existing forms of Martial Law government cannot do
this, the people must. There is simply no choice.
This is the purpose of "The Book of the Hundreds". Consider how you will
join us, in restoring the Law once given unto the saints. Our duty and
responsibility to God and our wives, husbands, children, and our posterity
demand it. We have no higher Duty, no more important Calling than this.
Thus the Lord has said: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall
humble themselves, and pray. and seek my face, and turn from thier wicked
ways; then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive thier sin, and will heal
thier land." {24}
Note carefully, the Lord does not call upon imperial governments to repent,
but upon the people who are called by His name that are currently the
slaves of the imperial governments. It is we who are wrong, not imperial
powers. Imperial governments are our chastisers sent by God.
And if we will love the Lord Our God with all Our hearts, and with all
Our Souls and with all Our Minds, we will find the crown of victory at the
end of the race.

California, who are forming "Jural Societies" in which common law courts
under the direction of Biblical and and Christian principles are applied.
The work of Randy Lee and his associates have put together several
documents that further show clearly how to undo what has been done whilst
we were asleep. One such book is called "The Non-statutory Abatement
handbook" Of which most of what I just explained here has been directly
taken from. My appologies to you Randy if I have violated any rights to
you, however I feel this information is far too important to just lay
around. You may settle with me if you wish if I have indeed violated you.
Jural societies are in actuality a lawfull form of government being set
up by us, the people! Remember about our inherant power? We the people can
only restore lawful civil government, self-government, and lawfull process.
One of the ways a Godly Christian man and woman can defend themselves
against attacks on our God given rights, is "The Non Statutory Abatement"
Abatements have the power and effect of stopping any unlawfull process
by thier courts or thier agencies. An unlawful entity can not use lawful
process. And therefore must remain unlawfull and use defective process by
our law. What the abatement does is, it points out those defects and
returns the defective documents back to the issuer to either correct the
defects or stop the process. Since they know that they cannot correct the
defects, process is stopped. However, the process is NOT forgotten. The
action can and does remain on thier books just waiting for you to return to
thier system, thier courts, and thier government. And If you do, God help
you. You WILL be served with the wrath of Caesar himself! Just remember, If
you enter thier courts for any reason, you will, under thier law, declare
in the very fact of you being there, that you have acknowledged that thier
process is defective, but you accept anyway, and have given them
jurisdiction.
The Jural Society Is a legislative body that has the same powers and
abilities, and in some cases even more, as a "Board of Supervisors" at the
county level, And with state charters in place, can override the State's
Corporate defacto Government, assembly, senate, and even the Governor, for
the reason that lawful government automatically overrides unlawful
government.
The Jural societies are not without its own check and balances, They
each individualy have what are known as Ecclesiatical Societies ruled by
elected Christian men and women whose sole duty is to research and
determine problems brought forth to them from the Jural Society based
entirely and Biblical priciples as set forth by God. And in extreme cases
take corrective measures on the Jural Society for unjust works and deeds
or mistakes comitted by the Jural Society and/or the common law court.
The system of laws set forth by these societies are based soley on the
Bible, God's law, and the common law. However, it is essentially the
peoples choice as to which system of government the people will abide by.
"Non Statutory Abatments" do work. I have used them myself with
predictable results. As well as hundreds of other Godly Christian men and
women who have stopped actions cold. They hit the problem head on. They use
lawfull self-government under God, and our Lord and Savior, King Jesus, the
Christ. God, through Randy Lee, has provided us a way out. Are we willing,
or for that matter are we ready to make the choice? Whom of you are going
to stick your neck out make the choice for God and stick by it? Remember,
it is not just our lives on the line, but our immortal souls!
Furthermore, the reason why courts recognize the non-statutory abatement
in the first place is because they recognize true Law when they see it,
which is not often. On this fact alone, the people could have stopped the
imperial governments --- decades ago!
The Law of War, International Law, Municipal Law, Emergency Powers, all
of which we put into one catagory of Imperial Law, its is not law. It is
arbirary and capricious and continually contradicts itself, which is why
the United States Supreme Court uttered its famous dicta in Erie Railroad
v. Thompkins, to wit: there is no stare decisis, i.e., no prior decision of
any court, binds the present courts under imperial powers.
Courts may vacillate from one contradictory decision after another for
they have no law standard by which to measure what they do, and they do not
hesitate to admit it. Therefore, one cannot accuse such courts of fraud.
Deceit (legal in International Law) maybe, but not fraud.
But when true Law stares the court in the face, they never vacillate,
and recognize it as the true Supreme Law, which is God's law.
In simple terms, if we are who we say we are, and not what they say we
are, then what are we doing in thier fictitious courts who have no
jurisdiction over the man we say we are???
The imperial system will make certain that you strictly adhere to one

There are those out there who believe that the imperial system can be
done away with, and replaced by some other Non-christian system. But, the
entire history of English and American law shouts with one voice, that such
is sheer folly. Men will either be ruled by God or Imperial Tyrants.
Choose this day whom you will serve, God, or Caesar? For no man can serve
two masters. This statement has nothing to do with any evangelistic motive,
It's just a simple statment of fact. Whom shall you serve? Caesar, or God?
And in the same Thought, whom shall you choose to be Judged by?
Thus, if one claims to be in a common law, Christian venue, yet lives

And, the system they have used is really not as complicated as everyone
seems to assume. To understand it, all we need do is recall something of
old Roman law during the time before and after Christ.
In those days, when Rome conquered a nation, the conquered peoples
suffered novation, which redefines the real man and creates a new and
different man, for imperial purposes, a fictitious entity called a persona.
An advocate (lawyer) spoke for the persona, because a fiction has no mouth,
voice, eyes, ears, or brain.
In modern America, a new twist was added to the novation scheme,
suretyship, in which the real man stands as surety for the fictional
persona, each time he voluntarily applies for, or uses some benefit,
privilege, or opportunity from the imperial, federal power.
The Jural Society is indeed our deliverance from the hands of Caesar.
